EXIT Realty Is Growing in Iowa

We are excited to announce a recent merger between our existing Iowa office, EXIT Realty Midwest with broker/owner Brad Sanderson and Spencer Realty with owner Kyle Norris.  

Local agency to join Spirit Lake, Le Mars and Cherokee branches

Kyle Norris, broker/owner of Spencer Realty, and Brad Sanderson, broker/owner of EXIT Realty Midwest, made an official announcement Wednesday, regarding the merger of their two real estate operations effective July 1.

The two groups come together under the EXIT Realty Midwest franchise umbrella with plans for a new office.

Norris and Sanderson began discussing the possibility of joining forces in early June.

“It’s a true win-win for everyone,” Sanderson said.

“I can’t believe at how perfect it’s gone in less than 30 days,” Norris said. “It’s going to be seamless.”

“I think it was June 5 when we talked for the first time,” Sanderson said. 

Norris said the merger came about after he realized Spencer Realty needed to upgrade its technological presence.

“We got behind, technologically speaking, and for us to get caught up we needed to do something,” Norris explained. “It’s better for our sellers and better for our agents.”

Sanderson said, “We’re still the same people, same company, same ethics, same professionalism. We’re doing this to improve the seller experience.”

EXIT Realty is an international franchise in existence since 1996 in North America. In 2007-08 it became a presence in the Midwest.
