Celebrating 10 Years with Our First Franchise!

A little over 10 years ago, Real Estate pioneers Brian Carlson and Zelda Elwood were EXIT Realty Upper Midwest’s first franchise sale in Iowa.

Not only were they our first franchise sale for our region but the first Exit Realty office in the entire state of Iowa.

The state of Iowa now has 20 Exit Realty offices.

 Exit Realty Upper Midwest’s Regional Owner, Bill Pankonin, comments, “They were willing to take a risk by trying out a new company and do what others wouldn’t do. Now, they have a thriving business and have built their legacy.”

Pankonin continues. “They are truly an example of what Exit Realty is all about. They’re good people, leaders in their community and in their state. Both have served on the Iowa State Association of Realtors on boards and various leadership positions.”
