New Beginnings: Introducing our Bemidji, MN Real Estate Office

Yet another office has chosen to remodel their business with a teal flag, this time in Bemidji, MN.

We’re excited to welcome EXIT Realty Bemidji into our family! The office is owned by Jen Martinson and Trent Eineichner.

We connected with Jen Martinson to learn more about why they decided to go into business with EXIT Realty.

“Our reasoning for making the switch to EXIT was very simple… It’s different!” Jen began.

“I’ve been a trainer for Homes for Heroes for the past 2 years. During that time I talked to over 2000 Affiliates with all different franchises. Over and over I always heard how awesome EXIT is.”

“When we decided we were going to start our own Brokerage it was really very simple. In looking at the other brokerages we knew if we wanted a different result than all the other brokerages in town (meaning training and the mindset) and we knew that EXIT was it. After meeting with Bill Pankonin we knew this is what we needed to do.”

Jen and Trent’s passion for Real Estate goes beyond the real estate transaction- they are very involved and passionate about the Homes for Heroes program. Homes for Heroes caters to local heroes going through difficult times in the community like Firefighters, Medical Professionals, Military, Law Enforcement, and Teachers.

Over the past 5 years of their involvement in the program over $65,000 has been given back to the Bemidji area.
