Broker Spotlight- Chad Schwendeman, Inman Innovators Finalist
We’re proud to share that Chad Schwendeman of EXIT Lakes Realty Premier is a Finalist for the "Most Innovative Real Estate Team" in the United States by Inman News.
The Inman Innovator award is given to the best and the brightest innovators across a variety of Real Estate related fields. The awards ceremony will be held at the Inman Connect conference in San Fransisco on July 17th-20th, 2018.
Inman describes the finalists for the award:
“They are the visionaries, the forward-thinking, the stubborn, the tinkerers, the obsessed, the tech-savvy and the creative minds always testing boundaries. Schwendeman, and the other finalists, are paving the path for the future of Real Estate. Schwendeman’s emphasis on real estate marketing (he spends tens of thousands of dollars every month to market his business) combined with services that make clients’ experiences smoother (like property management and title companies) have elevated his team to one of the best in the area.
