EXIT Realty Upper Midwest named the Region of the Year in North America!
We're proud to announce that EXIT Realty Upper Midwest has been named the "Region of the Year" at the 2018 EXIT Realty Corp. International Conference in Washington, DC.
This incredible achievement would not be possible without the efforts of Bill Pankonin and Cade Pankonin, who are bringing EXIT Realty and it's revolutionary concept of Residual Income in Real Estate to new cities across the Upper Midwest. (Check out our list of offices!)
Cade Pankonin comments on the award, noting that the award is based not on the number of franchises, but the impact on the industry that EXIT Realty Upper Midwest has made this year.

The events that EXIT Realty Upper Midwest puts on contribute to their overall impact. Cade comments, "We consistently put on events throughout our regions. With the help of our franchisees, agents and sponsors we put on a variety of events. Anything from career nights, 60 minutes with EXIT, real estate conventions, association events, speaking engagements, broker retreats, grand openings, educational events and of course community events."
