EXIT Realty Black Hills has achieved a milestone in their business, giving out $816,000 of Residual Income to their agents since their origination! 

Jaima Knutson, Realtor and Director of Development at EXIT Realty Black hills comments that Residual Income is "a profound and magnificent feature.  The residuals that have been paid out to the agents within our office have had a far reach and impact that effects their families and our communities.  The residuals can allow the agent to earn more than 100%.
