A little over 10 years ago, Real Estate pioneers Brian Carlson and Zelda Elwood were EXIT Realty Upper Midwest’s first franchise sale in Iowa.

Not only were they our first franchise sale for our region but the first Exit Realty office in the entire state of Iowa.

The state of Iowa now has 20 Exit Realty offices.
