What does a Regional Owner really do? Meet Bill Pankonin.

Over the years, a lot of people have asked Bill Pankonin what exactly he does.

As Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Upper Midwest, Bill's main goal is to sell EXIT Realty Franchises to Brokers, Owners, Entrepreneurs who are looking to grow their business. 

But, Bill's role extends beyond this. He doesn't just want to find a ton of brokers to open offices and leave them in the dust, he wants to invest in those people to be successful in all aspects of their lives.

Bill Pankonin looked at many different offices and real estate models before aligning his business with EXIT Realty.

As someone who grew up with real estate as the family business, the business meant everything to him and he wasn't going to align it with a company who didn't have the same values he had of a family-first company, leadership from within, and profit sharing.

After finding EXIT Realty, Bill hasn't turned back. Over the last 6 years, Bill has been a huge part of the EXIT Realty Upper Midwest region expanding from 8 to 70 offices with over 1,000 real estate agents. This growth is expected to double in 2019.
