What are Real Estate teams? You can develop a real estate team within most brokerages, but it’s difficult to make a real estate team a success story.

In early February, brokers and agents from EXIT Realty across the nation attended a leadership conference in Dallas, Texas.  Pictured Above: Regional Owner, Bill Pankonin speaking at the Leadership Conference.  The conference was filled with laughter, fun, and most of all, learning.

We would like to officially welcome the state of Illinois to our EXIT Realty Upper Midwest Franchise Family.    Our region has been growing faster than ever and we are excited for the new opportunities and challenges this brings.

Putting on some signage at The West Bend office  We’re proud to announce our newest Franchise in Wisconsin with broker and owner, Jerry Grosenick of EXIT Realty XL.  The grand opening and ribbon cutting of the new office will take place on February 7th at noon at the newly built West Bend office.

We’re proud to announce our newest Franchise in Minnesota: Northeast Minneapolis with broker and owner, Chad Schwendeman.  The new office will be under the leadership of the top producing agent in the country.
