Posts in Upper Midwest Real Estate Franchises

We are excited to announce our newest franchise opening up in the snowy state of Minnesota- EXIT Corner Realty in Worthington, MN under franchisee Theresa Engelkes!

What are Real Estate teams?
You can develop a real estate team within most brokerages, but it’s difficult to make a real estate team a success story.

In early February, brokers and agents from EXIT Realty across the nation attended a leadership conference in Dallas, Texas.

The conference was filled with laughter, fun, and most of all, learning.

We would like to officially welcome the state of Illinois to our EXIT Realty Upper Midwest Franchise Family.
Our region has been growing faster than ever and we are excited for the new opportunities and challenges this brings.

We’re proud to announce our newest Franchise in Wisconsin with broker and owner, Jerry Grosenick of EXIT Realty XL.
The grand opening and ribbon cutting of the new office will take place on February 7th at noon at the newly built West Bend office.

We’re proud to announce our newest Franchise in Minnesota: Northeast Minneapolis with broker and owner, Chad Schwendeman.
The new office will be under the leadership of the top producing agent in the country.

Congratulations to EXIT Realty Metro’s – Patrick Paulson for being named
Realtor of the Year for the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.
With 2017 coming to a close, I have been reflecting on what I am thankful for this year.
2017 was a year of growth, change, and new opportunities.
What if in 2018 you could achieve your dreams and work for a real estate company that is different by design?

Real estate is one of the most profitable and flexible businesses out there, and yet 87% of real estate agents fail or quit within their first 5 years.

Running their own brokerage is a dream for many individuals throughout the real estate industry, but it can feel like an uphill battle.
